I hope y’all will be looking at the books by Ginger Hubbard too? Some of the things I’ve seen have not sat well with me. (But I’m afraid I’ve thrown away the evidence, so I can’t provide an example.)

Yes! I have "Don't Make Me Count to Three" on my shelves now. I've been following some of her instagram content here and there (even stitched a recent reel about her prescription for "first time obedience" - she seems to be still quite popular and influential.

Considering the title, I might add that not only were a generation of adult Evangelicals shaped by this teaching, I hope you'll address how their children--my children and your peers--were directly affected as well.

Thank you!!! Yes, we hope that multiple generations will be interested in the book - adult children reflecting on their experiences as children, current parents, and older parents thinking about their parenting years.
